We offer our customers bottles and specialty closure systems made via:
• Injection Blow Molding (IBM).
• Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM).
• Injection Molding (IM).
• Closure Wadding.

All manufacturing facilities and our policies and procedures are governed by current Good Manufacturing Practices and all issues that may arise are closed out through corrective and preventive action measures (CAPA)

ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
Drug Master File
Our Drug Master File, maintained with the FDA in USA contains all product specifications, quality requirements, product drawings, USP test results and all other relevant technical information.

LOT Traceability

We use only FDA-approved raw materials for all molding applications.
Our cGMP manufacturing environment and adherence to carefully developed procedures assure our customers 100% lot traceability with date and time of manufacturing of each carton. This information is maintained in our Quality Assurance Department
Design and Engineering
Our Design and Development team works closely together, to ensure that customer packaging needs are transformed into products that are efficiently manufactured and can reach the market safely. Our strengths include in house 3D design capability as well as repair and maintenance of all sorts of molds.
